What better way to celebrate the new year than with a summertime picture of people swimming?! That’s what I thought.

Anyway, this is a picture of the lovely Matsuoka Gou Kou and Mikoshiba Seijuro from the swimming anime, Free! I watched the entire series in one or two sittings and it was a lot of fun, but I was super disappointed that these two didn’t end up together. So, I did what any self-respecting fan artist would do, and helped my writer friend brainstorm a fanfic so that I could draw the cover art for said fic and we could both get our Seigou feelings out into the world. I’ll link the fic when it’s done, but unfortunately, that’s still being written. I hope you enjoy the picture regardless! Click through to see the bigger version on deviantArt.
